One of the most refreshing aspects of Mr. Thompson’s sessions was his suggestion that we should interact with those who are yet to open themselves up to the idea of Diversity and Inclusion. While these words have become the buzzwords of corporate culture in recent years but organizations should actually be inclined toward making inclusion a part of their mission and vision. Organizations should hire diversified talent not just with the aim of fulfilling their diversity hire quota but with the aim of including maximum people with varying worldviews and varying cultural ideas.
